Lore
Forged by the Slanted Circle’s cabal of truthseekers, this ring was used to unravel deceptions and pierce false glamours. The Circle’s interest in truth is selective — they wanted truthseekers in their ranks not to expose lies generally, but to expose the lies the Enclave told itself about the world’s stability.
The truthseeker cabal is referenced obliquely in The Slanted Circle Grimoire; whether they are the same internal faction is unconfirmed.
